Helpful EZ Terms
- Setup Fee - the cost of making the screens to print your artwork, setting up the machine and quality control to ensure that your artwork or design is printed correctly on coffee mugs, travel mug, beer glass or any product that you choose
- Turnaround time - the amount of time it takes for us to produce your order AFTER you have approved your artwork. We get all artwork approvals to our customers within 48 hours via email
- Imprint color - the color that you would like your design or logo to be printed on the mug or glass. This is NOT the color of the item you choose. You can choose those colors HERE
- Personalizing - used to describe an item that will be used for events such as birthday parties, family reunions, and any other social gathering
- Promotional - used to describe an item that will be used for the purpose of promoting a company. Many of our customers buy coffee mugs to give away to their top customers or clients
- Personalize vs. promote - in our industry, regardless of the term, the process for us is the same. It is simply placing a logo or design on a product.
